Job description
The Geisinger Skilled Nursing Program seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Mountain View Rehabilitation and Senior Living Center in Coal Township, PA. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule with no weekend hours and a $10k recruitment incentive.
You will review reports, coordinate care with SNF staff, and treat patients with acute needs, admissions, and discharges. Expect ~12 patients daily with variable time per case.
