Job description
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Loop Medical Center is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will provide comprehensive pain management and vascular varicose vein services to our patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations to create individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on their pain management options
Manage medications and other therapies
Perform various procedures
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Qualifications
Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant in the state of Illinois
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Pain Management, Interventional Radiology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics or Varicose Vein Clinic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with NextGen, Athena or similar systems
Job Type
Full-time, part time, PRN (1099)
Pay
$70-80/hour depending on Full-time, part time, PRN (1099)
