Job description
Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for caring for the geriatric population? A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team at a nursing home in Syracus,NY.
Responsibilities
Provide full-scope primary care to residents
Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
Active NP or PA license in the state of NY
DEA license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical provider role
Nursing home experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually
