A growing kidney care practice in Fall River is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join its collaborative clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly impactful role within a well established nephrology practice that is positioned for continued growth and expansion in the local community.
The practice is part of a nationwide provider focused network that prioritizes clinical excellence, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.
Experienced APP candidates are strongly preferred, though motivated clinicians with a strong interest in nephrology are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
You will split your time between outpatient clinic care anddialysis rounding while collaborating closely with physicians andinterdisciplinary care teams. The role offers a dynamic schedule, meaningfulpatient relationships, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on patientsmanaging complex chronic conditions.
Responsibilities include:
Chronickidney disease management in clinic settings
Collaboratingwith physicians to co manage patient care
Developingtreatment plans and educating patients and families
ManagingESRD related complications including hypertension, anemia, electrolyteimbalances, and vascular access concerns
Orderingand interpreting labs and diagnostic studies

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Active or eligible Massachusetts licensure
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
Experience in nephrology, dialysis, acute care, or internal medicine is highly valued
Rhode Island licensure is a plus
Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000
Productivity incentives beginning after year one
Full time benefits package
Monday through Friday schedule
Shared patient panel in collaboration with a physician
