Overview
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FP, IM or Geriatrics) – 40 minutes West of Syracuse, NY (Finger Lakes Region) – Auburn, New York

Full-time primary care role in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings
Manageable patient panel of
15–18 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits
Estimated annual compensation range: $130,760–$154,911 , with uncapped productivity income
Highly competitive base salary with bi-weekly productivity bonuses

Qualifications
Graduate degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active and unrestricted New York NP or PA license
DEA registration
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
Post-acute care experience preferred but not required (training provided)
