Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA’s disability benefits process.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting in-person disability assessments
Reviewing electronic medical records via a secure web portal
Accurately documenting exam findings and completing VA forms
Providing medical opinions based on assessment findings

Position details
Part-time, in-person role with a caseload of 3-5 Veterans per day
Provided equipment includes a computer and documentation tools
Qualifications and skills
Active, unrestricted NP or PA license

Proficiency in electronic documentation and web portals
Empathetic and professional demeanor in Veteran interactions
