Qualifications
Education
Nurse Practitioner
Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Licensure & Certifications
Nurse Practitioner
Current Kentucky Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure
Current ANCC/AANP certification
