The selected Advanced Practitioner Provider will provide the link between both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.Schedule: Minimum of 2 weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday) and possible holiday call rotation.Hours: 8am-2pmBaptist Heart Specialists was created by joining two well-respected leaders in heart care – Jacksonville Heart Center and Southern Heart Group.
