Job description
Anderson Longevity Clinic is seeking a growth-oriented Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our expanding longevity and wellness clinic team in the Tampa area.
nThis is an in-clinic, part-time position with flexible scheduling options and the opportunity for increased hours as the practice continues to grow. Providers will work under the supervision of a Medical Director while delivering high-quality, personalized care within a patient-centered, wellness-focused environment.
nWe are looking for clinicians who value clinical autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of an innovative and rapidly expanding practice. Ideal candidates are relationship-driven providers who are comfortable supporting practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and community engagement.
nWhat You’ll Do
nDeliver compassionate, ethical, patient-centered care
nPerform comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
nAdminister in-clinic therapies including hormone treatments, peptides, and injury-focused regenerative therapies
nPerform blood draws, injections, and procedural skills confidently and professionally
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and patient records
nEducate patients on treatment plans, wellness goals, and clinic services
nAnswer patient questions and provide ongoing support and guidance
nParticipate in clinic training, patient education, and practice initiatives
nGrowth & Practice Development
nBuild and maintain strong patient relationships that support long-term retention and referrals
nActively contribute to practice growth through community engagement, networking, and patient education
nSupport the continued expansion of the clinic by helping generate and maintain a strong referral base
nRepresent the clinic professionally within the local community and wellness space
nPreferred Experience
nHormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
nPeptide therapy and sexual wellness protocols
nPRP injections including facial, hair restoration, musculoskeletal, and joint applications
nFacial aesthetics including medical-grade microneedling and Botox®/neuromodulator administration
nHormone pellet procedures
nWellness, longevity, regenerative, or functional medicine experience
nStrong venipuncture and blood draw skills
nRequired Qualifications
nActive Florida APRN or PA-C license
nCurrent national certification and active medical credentials
nAbility to work professionally under Medical Director supervision
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nPassion for wellness, longevity, and patient-focused care
