Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care)
Palmdale, CA
Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8AM-5PM
$140,000–$170,000/year

What You'll Do
As a valued provider, you'll deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across a diverse population while working alongside an experienced clinical support team. Responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment and management plans
Prescribe medications and appropriate therapeutic interventions
Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans
Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources
Ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff
Qualifications
Current California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
Board Certified PA or NP
Active California DEA registration prior to start
Valid California driver's license with a good driving record
Medical Spanish proficiency is a plus
