nConcentra is seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our MN market! In this role we are looking for experience with Occupational Medicine and/or Urgent Care, OR interest in making a career move to Occupational Medicine!

nShifts: 4-6/month
nCenter Hours: Mon-Fri 8a-5p
nLocations: Chaska, MN Airport, Mendota Heights, St Paul, Robbinsdale and Blaine
nResponsibilities
nExamines patient, compiles patient medical data and results of examination.
nAdministers or orders diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests.
nCompiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination.
nInterprets diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
nPerforms therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and managing infection.
nInstructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and health maintenance.
nDevelops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care.
nAssists in the development, implementation and revision of policies affecting medical practice judgment and quality of occupational health care.
nAssists in the development and presentation of education and instructional programs.
nProvides excellent customer service to all patients, clients and peers while incorporating Orange Book values.
nDedicated to exceeding customer and patient expectations as measured by NPER/NPS/TATs.
nEnsures accuracy when completing and executing tasks and performing quality assurance checks.
nEnsures accurate, concise, timely and complete documentation of results and paperwork.
nProvides an excellent, compassionate and warm patient experience regardless of patient volume.
nAbility to manage time, prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment.
nAbility to adapt to changing business needs such as scheduling and working additional/different hours/shifts when appropriate.

nQualifications
nBachelors' degree in related health field from an accredited college or university
nLicensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
nGraduate of an accredited PA or NP program of an accredited university
nBoard Certification
nOccupational Medicine experience preferred, but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates in this area of medicine
nFMCSA NRCME is required prior to start date - we provide this CME for colleagues not already certified
nDEA required prior to start date
nJob-Related Experience
nCustomarily has at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or an emergency setting

nThis job requires access to confidential and critical information, requiring ongoing discretion and secure information management.
nThis position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $63.00 to $75.00 hourly depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
