It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!*We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.*Memorial Hermann - GoHealth Urgent CareNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Full TimeSign on Bonus - $7,500.00 Due to our growth and expansion, Memorial Hermann - GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners who have urgent care or emergency room experience, treating both adult and pediatric patients. Join our welcoming and diverse community of providers! We are looking for PA's and NP's in our Springwoods Village, Louetta and Tomball urgent care centers. In addition, we are looking for a Float Providers for our South Region centers.Our Advanced Practitioners (NP/PAs) provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections. It is essential to have excellent assessment skills in order to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary while going above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled patient experience. **A career with Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care offers:*** Work in our beautiful state-of-the-art centers that are patient-friendly and equipped with imaging, and labs* More autonomy with mentoring and support when you need it.* Our patient satisfaction scores validate our focus on quality of care**Work Experience:*** NP/PA: 2 or more years of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting required* Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.* Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.**Education:*** Bachelor’s Degree required for Physician Assistants* Master’s Degree required for Nurse Practitioners**Required Licenses/Certifications:*** National Certifications* Active state medical licensure**Additional Knowledge Skills & Abilities Preferred:*** Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records* Ability to be attentive with strong listening skills* Strong communication and customer service skills**We are Committed to Quality Care:**Our Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care locations have been accredited by the Urgent Care Association.The only program of its kind, this accreditation was awarded for GoHealth Urgent Care's excellence in both certification and quality and safety standards.
