Job description
Matrix Medical Network seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PRN) to perform comprehensive in-home health assessments for health plan members. In this PRN role, you’ll complete detailed histories, physical exams, and risk assessments, identifying care gaps and social determinants that impact health.
