Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urgent Care - Per Diem (Avon & Brownsburg Clinics)
IU Health is seeking a PRPNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care clinics in Avon and Brownsburg, IN!
PRN3shifts per month
Ages 3 months and up, urgent care and occupational medicine visits at all locations. Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration and I&D, occupational medicine: work comp and DOT physicals, sports physicals.
Qualifications:
FNP or PA certification required
Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine required
