Job description
We are seeking an APP Team Lead to join our Urgent Care team at IU Health. This position will include both clinical and leadership responsibilities supporting the Avon, Brownsburg, and Downtown Indianapolis Ur gent Care Clinics .
Position Details
Full-time
36 hours/3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts) 0.8 FTE Clinical
0.1 FTE Admin
0.1 Team Lead Protected Time
Rotating weekends
Clinic hours are 8am-8pm 8am-6pm Saturday & Sunday
No call
100% outpatient
Ages 3 months and up
Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals
Qualifications
FNP or PA certification required
At least 1 year of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP required
Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
