Position Overview:
nnStart Date: ASAP
nAssess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
nDevelop and implement patient care plans
nPrescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
nProvide patient education and preventive care
nWork independently or collaboratively within a care team
nEMR: EPIC
n n nJob Requirements:
nnMaster’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
nCurrent national board certification (AANP or ANCC) in the appropriate specialty
nActive, unrestricted state NP license (or ability to obtain)
nDEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances)
nExcellent clinical judgment and ability to provide patient-centered care across diverse populations
