Job description
Position Overview:
Start Date: ASAP
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement patient care plans
Prescribe medications and treatments (as authorized)
Provide patient education and preventive care
Work independently or collaboratively within a care team
EMR: EPIC
Job Requirements:
Master s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC) in the appropriate specialty
Active, unrestricted state NP license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (if prescribing controlled substances)
Excellent clinical judgment and ability to provide patient-centered care across diverse populations
