Nurse Practitioner (FNP / AGNP) - Functional Medicine
Location: Eugene, Oregon
We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join a growing, forward-thinking practice focused on whole-person, integrative care. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP interested in functional medicine-no prior experience required, training provided.
Compensation: Guaranteed salary + earning potential of $300,000+

What You'll Do Provide in-person and telehealth care
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop personalized treatment plans (lifestyle, supplements, hormone therapy, medications)
Educate patients on preventive and functional medicine
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Document in NextGen EHR
Qualifications Active Oregon NP license (or ability to obtain)
Board Certified: FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC
2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Interest in functional, preventive, or lifestyle medicine
Strong communication and teamwork skills
