Job description
Crossroads Treatment Centers of Tennessee, P.C. in Morristown, TN is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient settings.
You will prescribe medications, document care per Crossroads standards, and collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate referrals and holistic care, including injections. This is a full-time, W-2 position with competitive benefits.
