About the Company
A premier Life Plan Community is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner / NP to provide high-quality, relationship-driven geriatric care within its collaborative on-campus clinical team in the Atlanta, Georgia area! 20 miles NE of Atlanta.
Collaborative care environment: Work alongside geriatric physicians, nursing teams, and wellness professionals in a highly collaborative, team-based care model.
Continuum of care on one campus: Provide meaningful, relationship-driven care across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings.

Competitive Salary, $110,000 - $120,000, depending on experience

Your Role with the Company
Full-time, M-F, 8:30-5
APRN will manage patients living in the Senior living community in a clinic setting seeing 10-12 patients/day for primary care and walk-in appointments.
Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a Physician and Medical Director, but will be the lead provider in the clinic.
Background Profile
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner/APRN/NP 1+ year of experience working with geriatric patients GA licensed
