Job description
Medical Director Services PC in Hudson Falls, NY, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will provide high-quality medical care to residents, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity of care.
New graduates are welcome to apply. The salary range is $105,000–$152,000 annually, with benefits to be discussed separately.
