Job description
Fast Pace Health in Jasper, TN is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality care in clinic and telehealth settings. You will lead clinic staff, ensure adherence to protocols, and participate in multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
The role requires a Master’s degree in nursing or PA studies, active licensure, and 1–2 years of provider experience; DEA may be required.
