Job description
Concentra is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our patient care team in our Texas location. You will initiate, develop, and implement nursing care plans in accordance with state laws and Concentra protocols.
The role requires clinical judgment, patient-focused care, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff. The NP will perform exams, prescribe therapies, coordinate referrals, and maintain confidential records while delivering an excellent patient experience.
