Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEvaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Order and review appropriate diagnostic testing.
Manage medications and monitor treatment response in accordance with applicable laws and practice policies.
Perform follow-up evaluations and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment options, medications, and expectations.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and EMR documentation.
Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in office-based procedures as appropriate to training, credentialing, and scope of practice.
