Job description
American Physiatry in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our skilled nursing facility team, focusing on pain control, function, and rehab outcomes under the supervision of a Physiatrist.
You will conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with therapists and physicians, educate patients and families, and monitor progress to achieve optimal quality of life.
