Nurse Practitioner: Flexible Schedule and Excellent Source forSupplemental Income!
Perform Health Risk Assessments (HRAs)on patients in theirhomes..
Nurse Practitioners with HRA experience preferred
Nurse Practitioners conduct comprehensive in-home health riskassessment to identify all active and chronic disease conditions as well asdetermine all physical, mental and social needs present at the time of thevisit
Nurse Practitioners will obtain vital signs, measure BMI, reviewpharmacological therapy and conduct a physical examination
Nurse Practitioners educate and counsel patient and family onany conditions identified during assessment and screening procedures.
Part time and Flexible: Set your own hours, must be availablefor at least 8-10 weekly hours (visits can be scheduled 7 days a week)
Fixed Payment at $130 per in-home screening; mileage and no show reimbursement
Each screening takes 1hr. on average and there is no prescribing
Malpractice Coverage, paid training, scheduling and EMR systemprovided
Requirements:
Musthave active Nurse Practitioner state license
Musthave active Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
Musthave valid state driver license and automobile insurance
Knowledgeof clinical standards of care
Abilityto complete and clear a background and credentialing screen
COVID vaccination NOT required
