nJOB REQUIREMENTS
nnnCompleted master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university
n
nnMinimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
n
nnAbility to work independently
n
nnWorking with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
n
nnActive and unrestricted applicable licensure
n
nnCurrent CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
n
nnNPI & DEA
n
nnCurrent National Board Certification
n
