Per Diem Nurse Practitioners
Access Health Louisiana is hiring Per Diem Nurse Practitioners. Join a dynamic local healthcare team making a real difference across New Orleans and neighboring areas. As a Per Diem NP, you'll enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to support communities on your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including preventive screenings, diagnosis, and treatment.
Integrate SDOH screenings and interventions into patient assessments and care plans.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to meet and exceed PCMH quality metrics.
What You'll Bring:
Active NP license and DEA certification for Louisiana.
Experience in primary care, acute care, or urgent care preferred.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
Passion for flexible, patient-centered care in metro and under-served areas.
