nA premier luxury spa and wellness practice in Buckhead is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join and help grow its aesthetics and wellness division.
nThis is an opportunity for a provider who wants more than a traditional position. We're looking for someone who combines clinical expertise in aesthetics and wellness with the drive to build a strong personal book of business within an established, high-end practice.
nThe position can be structured as part-time or full-time depending on the right candidate, with significant financial upside tied to growth and performance .
nAesthetic Services
nThe ideal candidate will have experience providing:
nnNeuromodulators including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or similar products
nDermal fillers
nBiostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse
nPRF / PRP treatments
nFacial assessment, balancing, and individualized aesthetic treatment planning
nComprehensive aesthetic consultations
nCombination treatment plans utilizing multiple modalities to achieve natural, elevated results
n nWellness Services
nThe provider will also support and grow the practice's wellness offerings, including:
nnHormone optimization and hormone replacement therapy
nPeptide therapy
nComprehensive wellness consultations and patient assessments
nOrdering and interpreting appropriate laboratory testing
nDeveloping individualized wellness and treatment plans
nMonitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment protocols as appropriate
nPatient education and long-term wellness management

nBuilding strong relationships that drive retention and referrals
nActively growing both aesthetic and wellness patients
nNetworking within the Buckhead and greater Atlanta community
nParticipating in practice events and community outreach
nCreating professional and educational content
nDeveloping your personal brand and social media presence
nMarketing yourself and your services in partnership with the practice
nConverting consultations into comprehensive, long-term patient relationships
nCross-promoting aesthetic, wellness, and spa services when appropriate
n nIdeal Candidate
nnLicensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Georgia
nHands-on injectable experience strongly preferred
nExperience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and PRF/PRP
nExperience in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, functional/integrative medicine, or wellness preferred
nStrong understanding of facial anatomy, consultation, and aesthetic treatment planning
nExcellent patient education and communication skills
nEntrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
nProfessional, polished, and comfortable working with a luxury clientele
nStrong relationship-building and patient-retention skills
nComfortable with self-promotion, networking, social media, and community engagement
nMotivated by clinical outcomes, exceptional patient experiences, and practice growth
