Valley Health – Upper Kanawha and Kanawha City: Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Signing Bonus: $10,000

Valley Health is seeking a part-time or full-time skilled NP or PA to split their time and support both of our teams in
Cedar Grove and Kanawha City, West Virginia , where you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support our mission of improving health and well-being throughout
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a strong emphasis on preventive care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, holistic care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
7+ years of family medicine experience.
Current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of West Virginia
