Valley Health – Upper Kanawha and Kanawha City: Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Signing Bonus: $10,000
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Valley Health is seeking a part-time or full-time skilled NP or PA to split their time and support both of our teams in Cedar Grove and Kanawha City, West Virginia , where you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support our mission of improving health and well-being throughout Kanawha County .
Upper Kanawha 20 to 39.5 Hours Kanawha City, Charleston, WV, US
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a strong emphasis on preventive care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, holistic care
Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
Qualifications
7+ years of family medicine experience.
Current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of West Virginia
Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
Commitment to community-focused care and ongoing professional development
