Are you a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to make a difference in your community? We are seeking a skilled NP or PA to join our team Part-Time in Charleston, WV , where you will provide high-quality medical care and contribute to our mission of enhancing patient health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
Educate patients on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices.
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Qualifications:
Valid NP or PA license in West Virginia
7+ years of experience for Family Medicine preferred
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
Dedication to community-focused care and ongoing professional growth
