Job Summary

Full time employment at Baker Family Medicine Clinic. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 36 hours of scheduled patient contact. No overnight call; the provider may be contacted after hours for laboratory results or critical findings.

The provider will work with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other health professionals. The role requires commitment to patient-centered care within a community focused practice.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Oregon medical license to practice in all phases.

Valid controlled substance registration with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and DEA.

Strong medical background and interest in serving a growing multi‑specialty medical group.

Commitment to a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care.
