Community Memorial Hospital | Burke, South Dakota
Looking for a more personal and rewarding healthcare environment ? Community Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Burke, South Dakota.
Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced provider, you'll have the opportunity to practice broad-spectrum family medicine, build lasting patient relationships, and make a meaningful impact in a supportive rural healthcare setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship and guidance available to ensure a successful transition into practice.
What You'll Do
Provide primary care services in the clinic, hospital, and emergency department
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients across all age groups
Interpret clinical data and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current certification and eligibility for South Dakota licensure
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Passion for rural healthcare and family medicine
