Job Description
Work Schedule: 60% FTE, Monday through Friday, day hours. Hours may vary based on operational needs.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant .
Responsibilities
Join a highly innovative neurosurgical care model focused on patients with congenital conditions transitioning from pediatrics to adulthood.
Lead and coordinate care across the continuum, emphasizing continuity and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Host independent clinics to address ambulatory care needs.
Independently round on patients when hospitalized.

Licenses and Certifications
Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin; Active board certification as a NP in Acute Care only (Adult or Adult/Gerontology considered only if previous ICU experience).
Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin; Active PA board certification.
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have an active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from an accredited Nursing Program (for Nurse Practitioner).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited PA Program (for Physician Assistant).
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
