Job description
We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate at an employer-sponsored occupational health and primary care clinic in Salem, OH . In this role, you will offer occupational health screenings, treat workplace injuries and illnesses, perform fit-for-dutyexams, drug/urine screening, hearing surveillance, DOT physicals, as well asprimary care services, managing chronic diseases, and advocating for patient health and wellness. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Highlights:
Manage only 10-14 patients per day
Focus on outcomes, NOT production
Predictable workweek with no weekends
No after-hours call
Fewer administrative tasks
$115,000 - $150,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, malpractice on day one, health/dental, paid vacation, CME, matching 401k, and retirement
Qualifications:
Active license & current AANP, ANCC or NCCPA board certification required
Independent practice experience, including treating patients 2+ years
Procedure experience is a huge plus!
