Description
This position involves serving as a primary care provider in a long-term care setting.
The role is full-time, located in Shrewsbury, NJ, with a weekday schedule.
Candidates must be board certified and will receive extensive training.
Applicants with hospital setting experience will be considered.
Requirements
NP or PA license in (insert whatever state it is in)
Board Certification
Ideally 1 Year of experience in an SNF setting, open to transferrable experience including new grads
Qualifications
Must be Board Certified
Experience in a hospital setting is preferred
Commitment to Self-Development
Ability to develop health care team staff
Experience in providing continuity of care
