Benefits
Competitive salary: $120,000 - $146,000 per year, with profitability and productivity incentives.

Your Role with the Company
Full-time position, 4‑ or 5‑day work week available, 1:8 call. Join a collaborative team providing primary care in an outpatient setting. APP will examine, obtain medical histories and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Background Profile
Nurse Practitioner, NP or Physician Assistant, PA; active CT license; 1+ year of experience.
