Description:
We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional specializing in Primary Care for an onsite, full-time role in the Queensbury, NY.
This position requires providing comprehensive care to residents, with a focus on health promotion and maintenance.
Extensive training will be provided, and experience in a hospital setting is considered.
Requirements:
NP or PA license in (insert whatever state it is in)
Board Certification
Ideally 1 Year of experience in an SNF setting, open to transferrable experience including new grads
Qualifications:
Board certification in relevant field
Experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting
Ability to maintain professional and technical knowledge
Commitment to providing quality care services
Experience in developing and implementing patient management plans
Ability to educate and counsel patients effectively
Maintain compliance with legal and professional requirements
