Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role based in Loudoun County, VA. We are looking for a dedicated NP/PA who shares our commitment to delivering a holistic approach to comprehensive women's healthcare.
Responsibilities and Services: Diagnosis and management of gynecologic conditions
Annual gynecologic exams
Breastfeeding support
Hormone replacement therapy
Contraception management
Menstrual disorder evaluation and management
Supporting and managing other providers within the practice by serving as a preceptor to staff NP/PA
Collaborating closely with other Reclaim providers and managers to improve women's health and support our education initiatives to enhance access to healthcare for rural and underserved patients

Willingness to participate in call coverage, quality improvement initiatives, and education or outreach activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
1+ year of experience preferred
Current or eligible for DEA certification
