Job description
Optimal Care seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population. In this role, you will perform detailed assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and order and interpret labs and imaging. You will document thoroughly in the EHR, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff.
