Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Vascular Access
Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday
On-Call: One weekend per month
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Relocation Assistance: $5,000
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced NP or PA with strong procedural skills and hands-on experience performing ultrasound-guided vascular access procedures .
Responsibilities
Perform ultrasound-guided PICC and central line placement
Perform internal jugular, femoral, and other central venous access procedures
Conduct pre-procedure assessments and obtain consent
Monitor patients and manage procedural complications
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
Active, unrestricted California NP/PA license
Current BLS and ACLS
Current DEA or eligibility
Minimum 2 years of independent ultrasound-guided PICC and/or central line experience
Strong ultrasound and procedural skills

Important:
Candidates must have hands-on, independent vascular access experience . Specialty background is less important than actual procedure experience.
