Monitor key metabolic health markers (e.g., blood glucose, lipid levels, insulin resistance) using the Options Health Panel (OHP) to guide adjustments in care plans.

Deliver personalized health coaching on metabolic health, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.

Educate patients on metabolic dysfunction, insulin resistance, and risk factors for metabolic syndrome, incorporating evidence-based practices and insights from the 12-Month Health Transformation (12MHT) program.

Identify and manage metabolic syndrome and related conditions using appropriate treatment protocols.

Maintain expertise in OMWL programs, pharmacology, and clinical protocols; act as a resource for patient care decisions and clinic policy.

Partner with clinic leadership to enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and overall clinic performance.

Provide feedback to support continuous improvement in patient experience and business practices.

Participate in ongoing training, skill validation sessions, and consultative sales process alignment to optimize patient engagement.
