Urgent Care Provider – NP / PA | Brooklyn, NY
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing urgent care practice in Brooklyn, NY.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on clinical environment and is looking for flexibility, strong team support, and the opportunity to build a long‑term home with a growing practice.
Full-time and per diem schedules are available.
Active New York Medicaid/Medicare provider enrollment or Provider ID is strongly preferred. Providers who meet the clinical requirements but do not currently have active enrollment are still encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat both adult and pediatric patients
Diagnose and manage common urgent care conditions, including respiratory illnesses, flu/COVID, UTIs, infections, rashes, GI conditions, and other acute concerns
Perform appropriate examinations and develop treatment plans
Prescribe medications within scope of practice
Conduct telehealth visits as needed
Identify when patients require referral or a higher level of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, and clinical staff
What We’re Looking For
New York NP or PA license
2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, primary care, pediatrics, internal medicine, or a similar setting
Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients
Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a clinical team
