Job description
Legacy Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in a clinic setting in Sandy, Oregon. You will guide patients through history, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment, while coordinating care with the team.
You will collaborate with physicians for cases outside your scope, participate in education initiatives, and may engage in research or student preceptorship as part of a multidisciplinary care approach.
