Job description
Self Medical Group is seeking a registered nurse to assess patients in clinic and contract facilities in Greenwood, SC. You will complete histories and physicals, follow the medical plan of care, and document in EMR within time guidelines.
You will also support the care team, complete EMR tasks, and contribute to Meaningful Use initiatives as part of Self Regional Healthcare Administration. This is a full-time position with equality employer notice included.
