Job description
Medical Director Services PC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver high-quality primary care in a skilled nursing facility. New grads are welcome, with an excellent salary commensurate with experience.
The NP will provide comprehensive health assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, collaborate with physicians and nursing staff, and educate residents and families to plan evidence-based care aligned with patient preferences.
