Spectrum Healthcare Services is seeking a temporary Nurse Practitioner in Louisville, KY.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provides primary care services to employees of a business and their dependents.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
Recordsphysical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based onpatients' condition. Provides written home-going instructions.
Collaborates with Physicians and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment.
Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
Maintains electronic medical records.

Setting: Employer-based wellness care
Job Type: PRN
Duration: Ongoing, as needed throughout the year
Shift: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (days varies)
Pay Rate: $60.00-$65.00/hour
Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or family medicine
Prior primary care experience preferred
DEA required
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
