Job description
Oak Street Health in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Practice Provider to deliver value-based primary care to adults on Medicare. You will work with a collaborative care team in our outpatient clinics and provide longitudinal care, empowering patients to stay healthy and out of hospital.
The role requires NP certification (Family/Adult-Gerontology/Adult/Gerontological), NP licensure, a DEA license, and US work authorization.
