Job description
Veterans Health Administration is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) delivering comprehensive primary care to Veterans. The role includes history taking, exams, ordering tests, formulating treatment plans, and coordinating care with specialists.
The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and may assist at other sites as needed; educational debt repayment (EDRP) eligibility is noted, with strong emphasis on patient advocacy and VA performance
